Instructions for Registering
Step 1: Go to “register” to create your client profile.
Step 2: “add pet” for your pet and complete their basic details.
Step 3: Click on the square with the paw with “your pet’s name“ under it and then “Next”. Click on New Patient Registration £0.00, 0m and then “Next”. (This might take a moment to load) Select any future date/time – you are not making an appointment, it is a quirk of the system (sorry!).
Step 4: Once you’ve completed all of the information in the questionnaire, click “Next” and you’ll be on a page where you can attach a photograph of your pet if you like, and then click “Request Booking” to finalise the registration. The page will say “We have received your request for an appointment” – there is no physical appointment associated with the registration, but this completes the process.
Repeat Steps 2 – 4 for any additional pets
